1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the dking8 platform — including the website located at dking8.lat, any associated mobile applications, and all related services — you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dking8 platform. dking8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of dking8 following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Use of dking8 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Malaysian law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You are accessing dking8 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation in placing bets or operating an account.

• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close associate of dking8 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from dking8 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.

dking8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of dking8 services, including real-money betting and casino games, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active dking8 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. dking8 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by users.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. dking8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Non-transferability: Your dking8 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.
• KYC compliance: As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, dking8 may require you to submit identification and address verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.

dking8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason for doing so.

4 Deposits & Payments

dking8 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian users, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and BNB. Convenience payment options such as 7-Eleven CLiQQ are also supported.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made into your dking8 account:

• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and may be returned or flagged for investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• dking8 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges that are outside dking8's control.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network. dking8 is not responsible for price fluctuations during network confirmation delays.
• All deposited funds must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity. Deposits made solely for the purpose of exploiting payment processing systems are prohibited.

5 Withdrawals

dking8 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, and VIP member withdrawals are prioritised with a target turnaround of under 30 minutes where verification requirements have already been satisfied.

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in the account holder's name and previously used to make a deposit, except in cases where the original payment method no longer supports withdrawals.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and varies by payment method. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Where a bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawal of associated funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to the withdrawal request being approved.
• dking8 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Failure to comply with these checks will result in the withdrawal being held pending resolution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dking8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• One bonus per promotion: Each member is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and free bets are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses will be automatically removed from your account upon expiry.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate towards, the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Refer to the individual promotion for applicable game restrictions.

dking8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions on bonus eligibility and wagering compliance made by dking8 are final.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on dking8 — whether on sporting events including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, UFC, cricket, esports tournaments, or any other market — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• A bet is considered accepted only once you have received a confirmation with a unique bet reference number. dking8 is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to technical issues on the user's side.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are accepted subject to the live betting rules applicable to that market. Results determined prior to a bet being placed and confirmed will render the bet void.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an obviously incorrect price being displayed (a "palpable error"), dking8 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and bet type. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type.
• dking8 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any member at its sole discretion, including but not limited to members identified as professional bettors or arbitrage players.

8 Responsible Gaming

dking8 takes responsible gambling seriously and is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all its members. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we have implemented a range of tools and safeguards to help members stay in control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered dking8 members:

• Loss limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dking8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with players, officials, or other parties connected to any sporting or esports event available on dking8.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using dking8 to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the dking8 platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to dking8 immediately.
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or in any communication with dking8.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, even if using a VPN or other means of circumventing geographical restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the dking8 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of dking8 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dking8 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the dking8 platform for commercial purposes without the express written consent of dking8.
• Use data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on any part of the platform.
• Frame or embed the dking8 platform within any third-party website or application without prior written authorisation.
• Use the dking8 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without explicit written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dking8 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the dking8 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, dking8 is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the dking8 service, whether planned or unplanned, including downtime caused by third-party service providers, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the odds, results, or market data displayed on the platform.
• Any tax obligations arising from your winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to declare and pay any applicable taxes on gambling winnings.
• Any decisions you make based on information, tips, or advice found on the dking8 platform or in any communications from dking8.

dking8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

dking8 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, dking8 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform's homepage or account dashboard.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using dking8 immediately and contact our support team to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Your continued use of the dking8 platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which dking8 is licensed and operated. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by the applicable regulatory framework.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with dking8 informally by contacting our customer support team. dking8 will use good-faith efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
